On the Meeting of Ms. Alena Kupchyna, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, with the Delegation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe

On September 25, 2013 Ms. Alena Kupchyna, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, held a meeting with the Delegation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, headed by Mr. Jean-Claude Frécon, President of the Chamber of Local Authorities, and Ms. Nataliya Romanova, President of the Chamber of Regions.
At the meeting the parties discussed issues related to the cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Council of Europe, in particular in the field of local self-government.
