On the Meeting of the Ambassador of Belarus Mr.Sergei Rachkov with the Minister of Trade and Industry of Egypt

On December 24, 2013 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Egypt Mr.Sergei Rachkov met with the Minister of Trade and Industry of Egypt Mounir Fakhry Abdel-Nour.

During the meeting the parties discussed trade and economic relations between Belarus and Egypt, including the regular session of the joint Belarus-Egypt trade committee.

The sides considered the potential for the development of the joint assembling of Belarusian motor vehicles and tractors at Egyptian enterprises, deliveries of buses, quarry, mining, road-building and agricultural machinery, petrochemical products, fertilizers to Egypt.

The parties touched upon the issues of Belarus’ participation in the realization of Egyptian governmental programs to develop infrastructure, explore and develop oil, gas and mineral resources deposits.
