On participation in the International Conference and the Interstate Council for Antimonopoly Policy Session

On October, 10 – 12, Almaty hosted the International Conference and the 35th Session of the Interstate Council for Antimonopoly Policy (ICAP).

The official delegation of Belarus headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan Valery Brylev took part in the events.

The participants of the Conference exchanged their practices and experience in cartel detection as well as in advocating competition as the main factor for the effective competition policy development.

During the regular session of the Interstate Council for Antimonopoly Policy the representatives of the CIS member-states reviewed the implementation results of the decisions made during the 34th special session of the ICAP, shared information on the most significant events which occurred in the antimonopoly policy of the CIS member-states between the Council sessions, and discussed other issues on the agenda of the meeting.
