On the Session of Belarus-Serbia Intergovernmental Commission

On March 11 – 12, 2014 the 6th session of Belarus-Serbia Intergovernmental Commission on scientific and technical cooperation takes place in Minsk.
The Belarusian part of the Commission is headed by First Vice-Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus Mr.Leonid Demidov, the Serbian – by First Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Technological development of Serbia Mr.Aleksandar Gajic.
Within the session of the Commission the parties plan to approve a number of research and development projects, that were represented following the results of the previous selection and agreements of the parties. The above mentioned projects cover different scientific directions, including plasma physics, agricultural plants selection, pharmaceuticals industry, nanotechnologies.
The parties will also discuss the prospects of the further bilateral cooperation and interaction between Belarus and Serbia in the sphere of science and technology.
