On February 16, 2026 the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergey Lukashevich, met with the leadership of the National Development Corporation (NDC) of Afghanistan.
S.Lukashevich welcomed the visit to Minsk by the NDC delegation, which serves as the leading Afghan state-owned company in the fields of infrastructure and construction.
The parties noted significant prospects for increasing supplies of Belarusian machinery, agricultural goods, and other products necessary for the implementation of major development projects in Afghanistan.
An agreement was reached to intensify contacts in the sectors of industry, agriculture and food, healthcare, and education.
