On May 30, 2013 Mr.Evgeny Shestakov, Ambassador of Belarus to Italy, met in Rome with Mr.Sandro De Bernardin, Director General for Political and Security Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.
During the meeting the parties discussed the current state of relations between Belarus and Italy both on bilateral level and in the context of cooperation between Belarus and the EU.
An exchange of views on how to further enhance the Belarusian-Italian cooperation in the economic, cultural, scientific, technological and humanitarian fields, as well as dialogue between the foreign ministries of the two countries also took place.
