On the Consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Turkmenistan

On November 12-13, 2012 the consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Turkmenistan on consular issues were held in Ashgabat. The Belarusian delegation was headed by Mr. Sergei Bobov, Deputy Chief of the Main Consular Directorate, the Turkmen – by Mr. Husein Redjepov, the Head of the Consular Service of the Turkmen Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the consultations the sides discussed consular matters and the issue of obtaining Turkmen visas by Belarusian specialists involved in building Garlyk Potash mining and refining plant as well as giving them consular and legal assistance. The parties also considered the issues of Turkmen students studying in the Republic of Belarus.
