Extended session of the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be held on February 24, 2012. The meeting will be dedicated to the results of the activities of the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus in 2011.
Among the invitees to the extended session are the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Rumas, representatives of the Administration of the President and of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, members of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences, as well as a number of heads of republican state agencies, enterprises and organizations, Belarusian diplomatic missions.
The Session will sum up the work of the Ministry on the realization of strategic foreign policy and foreign economic goals in 2011 and will determine new approaches and trends of foreign economic activities for the current year.
Special attention will be paid to the issues of the work within the Customs Union and Common Economic Space, development of cooperation with traditional partners of the Republic of Belarus, development of relations with other countries and expansion to new markets.
