On January 15, 2014 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Latvia Ms.Marina Dolgopolava met with the Mayor of Riga Mr.Nils Ušakovs.
During the meeting the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation between the capital cities of the two countries in the economic and cultural spheres, including in the context of holding in Riga the events dedicated to the year of the European capital of culture.
