On January 14, 2014 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Finland Mr.Alexander Ostrovskiy met with the President of Finpro Mr.Kari Häyrinen.
The participants of the meeting discussed the prospects of Belarus-Finland trade and economic relations development, taking into account the functioning of the Customs Union and the formation of the Common Economic Space.
The parties discussed the development of bilateral relations in the sphere of energy, energy saving, biotechnology, forest exploitation, biological fuel, innovation, science and technology.
Within the meeting the sides considered the issues of the preparation for the IV Belarus-Finland economic forum.
