Latvia Secretary of State to visit Belarus on February 3
02 February 2012On February, 3 Secretary of State of Latvia Andris Teikmanis will visit Belarus.
The Latvian official is set to meet with Foreign Minister of Belarus Sergei Martynov, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik.
During negotiations the parties will discuss the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, the relations of Belarus and the EU, and other issues of common interest.
Secretary State is expected to meet with Transport and Communications Minister of Belarus Ivan Shcherbo, chairman of the Belarusian-Latvian intergovernmental commission for economic and sci-tech cooperation on Belarus’ behalf.
