On Signing the Memorandum between the Governments of Belarus and Laos

On June 4, 2013 the Belarusian and Laotian sides signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of Joint Committee on bilateral cooperation between the Governments of Belarus and Laos.
From the Belarusian side the document was signed by Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs, from the Laotian – by Mr.Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime-Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Laos.
