Third Session of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission Took Place in Moscow

On April 25, 2012 Belarusian delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Roumas took part in the 3rd session of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow. Ministry of Foreign Affairs was represented by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Petrishenko.

During the session the sides considered the issues related to the hosting of the Eurasian Economic Commission on the territories of the States — members of the Customs Union and Common Economic Space, extension till July 1, 2019 of the preferential imports of the civil aircrafts.

The Commission has adopted a Statement on the EU economic sanctions against the Republic of Belarus.
