On the Message of Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, to the participants of the Eurasian Youth Forum “A Step Clother”

Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Chairman of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council, sent the greeting message to the participants and sponsors of the annual Eurasian Youth Forum “A Step Closer” that takes place on April 26 – 28, 2013 in Yerevan.

Mr.Vladimir Makei highly evaluated the initiative of the CIS Youth Association to hold the Eurasian Youth Forum “A Step Closer” in the year of Belarus’ Chairmanship in the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The Minister marked that youth public organizations play a great role in supporting different integration forms of cooperation within the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The message of the Minister says that shared history, striving for independence and sovereignty, and readiness to establish friendly and good-neighbourly relations make up the formula for success in building mutually beneficial cooperation between CIS countries.

Mr.Vladimir Makei expressed hope that the initiatives brought up at the Youth Forum would be embodied in joint projects and programs.
