On November 22, 2013 Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Ms.Alena Kupchyna, held negotiations with the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, headed by Vice-Minister Mr.Andrius Krivas. The working visit of the Lithuanian delegation to Belarus is taking place within the framework of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
During the negotiations the sides discussed the preparation of the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius on November 28—29, 2013, the interaction of Belarus with the European Union, as well as the topical issue of Belarus-Lithuania cooperation.
