On October 25, 2013 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Indonesia Mr.Vladimir Lapato-Zagorsky, as Permanent Representative of Belarus to the ASEAN, presented credentials to the Secretary General of the Association of South East Asian Nations Mr.Lê Lương Minh.
Within the ceremony Mr.Vladimir Lapato-Zagorsky and Mr.Lê Lương Minh discussed the prospects of Belarus-ASEAN cooperation.
