Seminar on Settlement of Investment Disputes between Governments and Investors

On November 19-20, 2012 a seminar on settlement of investment disputes between states and investors took place at the International University “MITSO” with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Belarus.
The representatives of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and other international level experts took part in the seminar as lecturers.
On November 19th at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and on November 20th at the Belarus Supreme Economic Court the meetings of the responsible authorities with the ICSID General Secretary Ms.Margaret Kinnear took place.
