On the Creation of the Group of Friendship “Venezuela – Belarus” in the National Assembly of Venezuela

On February 18, 2014 the ceremony of signing the Memorandum on the creation of parliamentary group of friendship “Venezuela-Belarus” took place in the National Assembly of Venezuela.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Venezuela Mr.Oleg Paferov, the representatives of the National Assembly and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela took part in the ceremony.
In his speech Mr.Oleg Paferov expressed readiness of the Embassy to actively interact with the representatives of the National Assembly in what concerns the issues of bilateral cooperation.
The Venezuelan side underlined that the group of friendship is intended to become an important instrument for the successful development of the relations between the two countries.
