On the Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus with Secretary General of the CSTO Mr.Nikolay Bordyuzha
17 February 2014On February 17, 2014 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Mr.Vladimir Makei met with Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Mr.Nikolay Bordyuzha.
During the meeting the parties discussed the issues on the international agenda, as well as the implementation of the agreements previously signed by the Presidents of the CSTO member-states.
Mr.Nikolay Bordyuzha expressed gratitude to the Belarusian side for the timely consideration of the issues that concern providing assistance to Tajikistan in order to enforce the Tajik-Afghan border and informed on the implementation of the relevant decision of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
The sides also discussed the plans for 2014 to strengthen foreign policy interaction within CSTO.
