First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Lukashevich expresses his condolences on the death of the Father Amir of Qatar

On 14 July 2026, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergey Lukashevich, visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Belarus and signed the book of condolences following the death of Qatar's Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
S.Lukashevich noted that in Belarus, the Father Amir of Qatar is remembered as a friend who visited Belarus and made an invaluable personal contribution to strengthening bilateral relations.
On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and on his own behalf, the First Deputy Minister expressed his sincere condolences to the ruling family and the people of Qatar on the passing of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
