On September 6, 2013 Mr.Igor Petrishenko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia, held a working meeting with Mr.Grigory Karasin, Stats-Secretary — Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia.

The parties discussed а wide range of most topical issues, including the political dialog on the high and highest levels, the state and prospects of the interparliamentary cooperation, interregional ties, equal rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation in the Union State.

During the meeting the parties paid special attention to cooperation between the foreign ministries, including the organization of the joint session of the Panel of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry and the Panel of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow in November.
