On the Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and the Netherlands

On June 14, 2013 the next round of Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and the Netherlands at the level of heads of departments took place.

Belarus delegation was headed by Mr.Valery Kurdiukov, Head of Division for Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Netherlands delegation – by Mr.Jaap Werner, Director of Europe Department.

During the negotiations the parties discussed wide range of issues of the bilateral and international cooperation. Special attention was paid to the development of interministry dialogue, intensification of interaction in economic and investment spheres.

According to agenda the Netherlands delegation conducted negotiations on subject area of mutual interest in the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and in the Department for Energy Efficiency of the State Committee for Standardization.
