On July 31, 2013 Ms.Alena Kupchyna, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, held a meeting with Mr.Mihails Popkovs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia to Belarus.
During the meeting the parties discussed the state and prospects of Belarus-Latvia and Belarus-Europe relations and underlined interest in holding a number of joint events.
