Ambassador of Belarus U.Baravikou holds meetings in Vientiane (Laos)

On November 28, 2024 within the framework of his working trip to Vientiane (Lao People's Democratic Republic), the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Vietnam and Laos non-resident, Uladzimir Baravikou, met with the Minister of Planning and Investment of Laos, Phet Phomphiphak.
The parties discussed topical issues of the bilateral relations, in particular, the preparations for the 4th meeting of the Belarusian-Laos Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Bilateral Cooperation. The sides outlined promising directions for the development of trade and economic interaction between the two countries.
The Ambassador also met with the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Laos, Phouvong Luangxaysana. The parties exchanged views on topical issues of natural resources utilization and implementation of joint projects in this area.
