Deputy Minister Sergei Aleinik Visited Thailand

On April 26-27 Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik visited Thailand. Within the framework of the visit the Belarusian diplomat held a meeting and talks with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Jullapong Nonsrichai.

During the meeting the sides reviewed a broad range of issues in bilateral relations, including the activation  of political, trade and economic cooperation, further improvement of the bilateral legal base, cooperation of the states in international organizations.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus also met with the Minister of Industry of Thailand Pongsavas Svasti, Deputy Chair of the Thailand Chamber of Commerce Pornsil Patcharintanakul, and executives of several Thai companies. Special attention was paid during the visit to the issues of increasing Belarusian exports to the Thai market, establishing industrial cooperation, strengthening investment cooperation between the two states.
