According to the information of the Embassy of Belarus to Libya the procedure of appeal against the sentence to Belarusian citizens is under way in the present moment. Specially hired lawyer is engaged in this case.
There are all reasons to believe that the procedure of appeal will be completed within the period defined by the Libyan legislation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not have the information about involvement of Belarusian citizens into physical labor.
