Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus I.Sekreta meets subregional Director of the International Organization for Migration

On June 11, 2025 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sekreta, met with the subregional Director of the International Organization for Migration for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Belarus, Lars Johan Lṏnnback.
The parties assessed the achieved results of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the International Organization for Migration for the period 2021 – 2025, discussed current interaction and its priorities, especially combating human trafficking and irregular migration, managing external labour migration and providing financing of the project activities of the International Organization for Migration in the Republic of Belarus.
They have agreed to continue a cooperation on the most pending issues within the mandate of the International Organization for Migration.
