On the Meeting of Mr.Valentin Rybakov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, with Mr.Ahmed Al-Midhadi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar

On September 27, 2013 Mr. Valentin Rybakov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, held a meeting with Mr. Ahmed Al-Midhadi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Russia with concurrent accreditation in Belarus.

The sides discussed the current issues of Belarus-Qatar cooperation including the perspectives of official visits exchange, further development of legal basis, interaction within international organizations as well as the ways for trade and economic ties enhancement as was agreed in November 2012 in Minsk during the second meeting of Belarus-Qatar Joint Committee on economic, trade and technical cooperation.

During the visit to Belarus Mr. Ahmed Al-Midhadi also held meetings with the Minister of Trade Mr. Valentin Chekanov, First Deputy Minister of Sports and Tourism Mr. Aleksandr Gagiev, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Vladimir Ulakhovich.
