On the Meeting of Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Ms.Alena Kupchyna with President of the Serbian Parliament Mr.Nebojša Stefanović and Deputy Mr.Dragomir Karić

On December 2, 2013 Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Ms.Alena Kupchyna met with President of the Serbian Parliament Mr.Nebojša Stefanović and Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Belarus Mr.Dragomir Karić in Belgrade.

The sides considered the state of Belarusian-Serbian parliamentary and other cooperation, as well as prospects for its development. The parties agreed upon the expediency of interaction expansion between the Parliaments of the two countries in bilateral and multilateral dimensions. During the meeting special emphasis was placed on the necessity to enhance economic cooperation between Belarus and Serbia.

On December 3, 2013 the delegation of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Ms.Alena Kupchyna, will take part in the consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Belarus and Serbia. The Serbian delegation at the consultations will be led by Deputy Foreign Minister of Serbia Mr.Damjan Jović.

Within the visit, the Belarusian delegation will also meet with Foreign Minister of Serbia Mr.Ivan Mrkić, Minister of Regional Development and Local Self-Government Mr.Igor Mirović, the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Serbia Mr.Marko Đurić.
