Sergei Rumas takes part in the first International participants meeting of the “EXPO-2015”

On October, 25 – 27 Milan and Como are hosting the first edition of the “EXPO-2015” international participants meeting.

The Belarusian delegation is headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Rumas, who is appointed General Commissioner of Belarus at “EXPO-2015”.

The first International meeting of the participants is an important stage in preparation to the World exhibition, when the representatives of the invited states will get detailed guidelines, comprehensive and updated information on the project implementation process, as well as to contribute their ideas and preferences regarding “EXPO-2015”. During the meeting the participants will define the concept of the upcoming exhibition.

A flag unfurling ceremony will open the event, when the flags of all the countries having confirmed their intention to participate in “EXPO-2015”, Belarus included, will be unfurled.
