Ambassador Lopato-Zagorskiy Presented Credentials to President of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam

On May 31, 2012 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Indonesia and Singapore (concurrently) Vladimir Lopato-Zagorskiy presented his credentials to President of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam.

After the ceremony the Belarusian diplomat had a conversation with the President of Singapore.

V.Lopato-Zagorskiy underlined the intention of Belarus to intensify Belarus-Singapore relations in all spheres, noted substantial potential for expansion of trade and economic cooperation between the two states.

Tony Tan Keng Yam welcomed the accreditation of the Belarusian ambassador to his country.  The President of Singapore noted the positive nature of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries, underlined the increasing interest of the Singaporean business circles to establishing investment cooperation with the Republic of Belarus.
