On the Presentation of Credentials by the Ambassador of Belarus Mr.Alexandr Khainouski to Mr.Željko Komšić, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina

On March 7, 2014 in Sarajevo Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Bosnia and Herzegovina (concurrently) Mr.Alexandr Khainousky presented credentials to Mr.Željko Komšić, Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the meeting after the ceremony the parties discussed the state of bilateral relations and the ways of its strengthening. The sides marked the expansion of trade and economic cooperation, the development of the political dialogue, including interaction within international and regional organizations, promotion of interpersonal contacts and tourist exchange, the development of the modern legal framework, as the priorities for the near future.

The parties spoke in favour of the creation of the bilateral Intergovernmental Committee that would coordinate the economic and trade interaction.


Later on the same day Mr.Alexandr Khainouski had meetings in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and with the representatives of the diplomatic missions accredited in the country.
