Materials of the Press-Conference with the participation of Mr.Sergei Aleinik, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, following the results of the visit of Belarus government delegation to Kazakhstan, Bangladesh and India (Minsk, November 21, 2012)

During the visit of the government delegation headed by Mr.Mikhail Myasnikovich, Prime-Minister of Belarus, to Kazakhstan 9 international agreement were signed: 3 intergovernmental and 6 interministerial.

The parties agreed to create 4 joint enterprises in Kazakhstan. They include Belarus-Kazakh technical park, joint venture with “BelaAZ” Minsk Tractor Plant and Belwest.

During the visit the agreement was reached to cancel transport permit syste
m and allow free transportation between our countries from 2013.

The 9th session of the Belarus-Kazakhstan intergovernmental Committee on trade-economic cooperation and the 2nd Belarus-Kazakh business forum took place during the visit.

On November 11 – 15, Prime Minister of Belarus visited India and Bangladesh to discuss further development of bilateral trade-economic relations between our countries.

During the visit to India Prime Minister met with the President, Prime-Minister and some other ministers of India.
The parties signed 8 international agreements that include intergovernmental and interministerial agreements in education, information technologies, renewable energy, health care, potash fertilizers.

Belarus and India are planning to create joint enterprise of “BelAZ” and the Indian company            “Enrika Mining Equipment” to carry out maintenance, after sales and post-warranty services for mining technical equipment supplied to the Indian market.

The Indian side is interested in purchasing technical equipment and machines produced by “MAZ”, “Amkodor” and “BelAZ”. Cooperation in science, technology and in the sphere of medicine production are of mutual interest as well.

During the visit the Prime Minister of Belarus took part in the opening ceremony of the 32nd International Indian Fair and opened The National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus.

During the visit to Bangladesh Mr. Mikhail Myasnikovich met with the President , Prime-Minister some other ministers of Bangladesh. The parties signed 18 international agreements in agriculture, industry, science, technic, education, production of medicines. Belarus is interested in supplying potash fertilizers, machinery, petrochemicals to Bangladesh market.
