Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov meets Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan

On 28 August 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Samir Sharifov.
The parties positively assessed the strong momentum of the Belarusian-Azerbaijani dialogue at the highest and high levels, the friendly and constructive nature of inter-state relations, and the results achieved in trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation.
The sides reaffirmed their interest in further intensifying cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
