On Belarus-Russia Consultations on the North America Relations
18 December 2012On December 18, 2012 the consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and the Russian Federation on North America relations took place in Minsk.
The Belarus delegation was led by Mr.Sergei Rachkov, the Head of the Division for the USA and Canada of the Department for America, the Russian – by Mr.Alexander Darchiev, Director of the Department for North America.
