Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov meets Chargé d'Affaires of Italy

On 30 July 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, met with the Chargé d'Affaires of the Italian Republic to the Republic of Belarus, Tomaso Pietro Marchegiani, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in our country.
The parties discussed the state and prospects of Belarusian-Italian relations and exchanged views on the situation in the region and other topical issues on the international agenda.
Maxim Ryzhenkov thanked Tomaso Marchegiani for his active work in Belarus and the implementation of a number of projects, including humanitarian ones. He also outlined expectations for a more active stance from European countries, particularly Italy, regarding interaction with Belarus.
