Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus I.Secreta with Head of the IFRC Representative Office in Belarus

On October 30, 2025 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sekreta, held a meeting with the Head of the Cluster Representative Office of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, Frank Mohrhauer.
The interlocutors discussed topical issues of cooperation between Belarus and the Federation, the preparation of a Joint Action Plan between Belarus and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the humanitarian situation in the region and the world, and agreed on a schedule of meetings and events for the near future.
The sides also exchanged views on the results of the III Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, in which F.Mohrhauer participated actively.
