On the First Session of the Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services
04 July 2013On July 1–5, 2013 the first session of the Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services takes place in Geneva.
The Belarusian delegation at the session is headed by Mr.Mikhail Khvostov, Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva.
During the first session of the Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services it is planned to form the directing bodies and consider the issues of the further functioning of the Council.
The decision on the Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services establishment was made within the Global Framework for Climate Services User Conference that took place on October 26-27, 2012.
