On the Political Consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Turkey

On May 30, 2013 political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Turkey took place in Minsk.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by Ms.Alena Kupchyna, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, the Turkish delegation – by Mr.Fatih Ceylan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.
The parties discussed the state and prospects for the development of Belarus -Turkey relations, including political dialogue, trade, economic and investment cooperation, interaction in the spheres of culture, science and education.
The Sides also considered the issues on the regional and international agenda.
The Annual Action Plan for the Development of Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Turkey providing for the realization of a number of joint events was adopted.
