On the Meeting of Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, with Mr.Sergey Naryshkin, Chairman of the State Duma of Russia

On July 10, 2013 Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, met with Mr.Sergey Naryshkin, Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, during the working visit to Russia.

The parties discussed the results of the 44th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, and the realization of the agreements reached during the meeting of Mr.Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus, with Mr.Sergey Naryshkin on June 13, 2013 in Minsk.

During the meeting the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and the Chairman of the State Duma of Russia discussed joint work on the development of the Union State legal framework in social sphere. Special attention was paid to the implementation of the experience of Union State building to resolve similar problems within the Common Free Market Zone of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia. The sides considered the issues of bilateral agreements on equal rights of citizens of Belarus and Russia implementation.

Mr.Vladimir Makei and Mr.Sergey Naryshkin discussed domestic political processes in the two countries.
