On the Visit of the Belarusian Delegation to Brazil

On November 12, 2013 within the visit to Brazil the Belarusian delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr.Alexander Guryanov visited the capital of the state of Para – Belem.

The Belarusian delegation met with the leadership and members of the industrial and agricultural federations, labour unions, representatives of the administration.

At the meeting with the leadership of the administration the parties discussed the issues of signing Memorandum of cooperation between the state of Para and Belarus.

The Belarusian delegation took part in the conference on agriculture. Mr.Alexander Guryanov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Brazil Mr.Leonid Krupets delivered speeches in which they presented to the Brazilian side the information on Belarus’ economic capacity and the potential for bilateral cooperation development in the sphere of agriculture.

The sides agreed to work out the issues of Belarusian agricultural machinery promotion to the market of the northern states of Brazil.
