The Republic of Belarus has joined the Central European Initiative (CEI) Agreement on the cooperation on forecasting, preventing and overcoming of natural and man-made catastrophes.
Belarus’ joining to this document, accounting experience of overcoming of Chernobyl catastrophe consequences, is an important step towards practical interaction with the CEI member-states in this sphere.
Along with Belarus Austria, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia and Croatia are also states-participants.
