Particulars of issuance of entry visas at the «National Airport Minsk»

At the «National Airport Minsk» the entry visa requests are proceeded by the Foreign Admissions Division (FAD) of the Consular Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The FAD proceed visas for citizens of countries where Belarusian Embassies or Consulates are not established (see list ).

Citizens of other countries can obtain visas through FAD only if travelling as a part of official delegation or on behalf of a petition by a governmental institution of the Republic of Belarus or in connection with serious illness or death of a close relative or family member upon representation of confirming official documents.

Visa support documents must be submitted by the inviting company or person in original and in advance:

 — for short-term visas – not later than 3 business days before expected date of arrival, documents should be submitted to the FAD, contact phone: (+375 17) 279 20 58;

 — for long-term visas — not later than 5 business days before expected date of arrival, documents should be submitted to the Consular Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, contact phone: (+375 17) 222 26 61.

Short-term student visas are issued only in the event of personal presence at the «National Airport Minsk» of a representative of the organization authorized by law to issue invitations for study.
