Ambassador of Belarus S.Terentiev meets acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Sudan

On November 23, 2022 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of the Sudan concurrently, Sergei Terentiev, met with acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Sudan, Ali Al Sadiq Ali.
The Head of the Foreign Ministry of Sudan conveyed the words of gratitude from the leadership of the Republic of Sudan to the Belarusian people for the humanitarian assistance provided.
The Sudanese side confirmed its interest in intensifying political and economic relations with the Republic of Belarus and preparing a substantive plan for the development of bilateral cooperation. The procedure and algorithm for holding upcoming high-level events was agreed upon.
Also during the meeting, the parties noted the constructive nature of the interaction between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Sudan within the framework of international organizations.
