On the Visit of Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, to Azerbaijan

On June 9 – 11, 2013 Mr.Vladimir Makei, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, will pay official visit to Azerbaijan.
It will be the first visit at the level of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs from the time of establishing diplomatic relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan in 1993.
Mr.Vladimir Makei will hold meetings with Mr.Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan and Mr.Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Minister of Belarus is planning to make a speech in the Diplomatic Academy of Azerbaijan and visit Baku Slavic University and the Center of Belarusian Culture.
During the negotiations the parties will discuss a wide range of issues of cooperation in political, trade, economic, humanitarian and other spheres. The sides will also consider the issues of developing cooperation on the international arena, including within the UN and OSCE.
