Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov meets the CIS Secretary General

On January 25, 2025 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, met with the CIS Secretary General, Head of the CIS Mission of International Observers, Sergei Lebedev.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation of the Republic of Belarus within the CIS. S.Lebedev reported on the progress of the of the CIS Mission of International Observers work on monitoring the process of preparation for the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus and early voting.
M.Ryzhenkov confirmed that cooperation within the CIS is one of the priority vectors of Belarusian foreign policy. The parties confirmed that Belarusian side has done everything necessary for the implementation by the CIS Observer Mission of tasks in monitoring the process of preparation and conduct of the electoral campaign in the Republic of Belarus.
