Ambassador of Belarus S.Terentiev meets the Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Egypt

On January 14, 2021 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sergei Terentiev, met with the Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Egypt, Amr Talaat.

During the meeting the interlocutors noted the high potential for the development of Belarusian-Egyptian cooperation in the fields of high technologies, information security and training of specialists in the field of telecommunications, as well as discussed promising areas for cooperation between specialized organizations and IT companies of the two countries.

The Parties agreed on an algorithm for the further development of bilateral contacts in the field of information technology, including the exchange of visits by delegations of the relevant institutions and organizations of Belarus and Egypt.
