Political consultations between Foreign Ministries of Belarus and Mozambique

On June 3, 2021, the third round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Mozambique took palace.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikalai Barysevich, the Mozambican Side – by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Manuel José Gonçalves.
During the consultations the Sides discussed topical issues of the bilateral agenda, the current state and prospects for the development of the Belarusian-Mozambican political dialogue, agreed upon the approaches to develop the legal framework of relations between the two countries, and discussed specific ways to intensify trade and economic cooperation.
The heads of the Belarusian and Mozambican delegations also exchanged views on the issues of interaction between the two countries within the framework of international organizations.
