The following goods cannot be transferred through the customs border of the Republic of Belarus by physical persons (import and export) without a special permission:

• fire-arms and ammunition of any kind, of military patterns, military equipment;
• narcotic, psychotropic, toxic, poisonous, virulent, radioactive and explosive substances;
• printed and audio-visual materials, other information media that can do harm to political and economic interests of the Republic of Belarus, to its State security and to the health and morals of the population;
• other goods, which import and export is banned according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
