Visa Issuance at the National Airport Minsk

Visa regulations at the Minsk International Airport

Belarusian visas at the Minsk International Airport (MSQ) are issued to the nationals of the countries with no consular offices of Belarus. To the nationals of other countries (see the list of the countries on the bottom) visa may be issued upon arrival on an exceptional basis only.
 
         To obtain visa the following documents should be submitted to the Consular office at the Minsk International Airport:
 
1.     A valid passport.
2.     A completed application form .The form must be filled out completely, no blank spaces must be left. If a question does not apply, please type “N/A”. If the answer is none, write “NONE”. Incomplete forms will be returned to the applicants UNPROCESSED. The form should bear the original signature of applicant and must be well readable. Please, fill out in block letters.
3.     One passport size photo of the applicant which should be stapled to the marked space at the upper right-hand corner of the application form. Do not staple the face.
4.     An original letter of invitation (not a copy).
        
4.1. For a BUSINESS visa (up to 90 days of stay):
         Invitation from Belarussian company or organization.
        
4.2. For a VISITOR’S visa (private visits) up to 90 days of stay:
- a letter of invitation issued by the Immigration Service of Belarus, or
- in case of emergency a fax message, certified by a doctor, confirming sudden illness or death of a close relative.
A visitor’s visa may be issued to a person who would like to attend the burial place of a family member or a close relative in Belarus. A document issued by the Belarussian Red Cross office or by local authorities that confirm the location of the burial place and documents certifying the relationship should be provided.
 
4.3. For a TOURIST visa (up to 30 days of stay):
A tourist voucher from a Belarusian travel agency. The hosting tourist company has to be registered as a tourist operator and have an appropriate licence.
        
4.4. For a TRANSIT visa (up to 48 hours of stay):
A visa (or its copy) of a country of your final destination. If you travel to countries with no visa requirements – copy of a ticket, itinerary information or any other document confirming your trip to the country of final destination.
 
  
Visa processing fee for all types of visas issued to infants and children under 16 years of ageis 20 USD.
The fee for all types of visas for the U.S. nationals is 180 USD (for infants and children under 16 years of age – 100 USD).
 
Consular fees are subject to change depending on changes in the currency exchange rate.
